We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff had a positive attitude and were very friendly. We also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and bar, which stayed open until 22h. The highlight of our stay was the access to the spa, particularly the Roman baths, which were included in the room rate. It was a luxurious experience that provided enhanced comfort and relaxation.

The hotel is located on one of the exits of the city, but still close to the center. This made it a bit inconvenient for us as we had to go up a few stairs, which might not be suitable for everyone.

Spent Christmas in a modern hotel with great amenities. the breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly. the location was very convenient since there was a bus and tram stop nearby. the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable which made for a pleasant stay. the spa area offered some nice relaxation opportunities, including a hot tub and sauna.

The elevators were a bit small and overcrowded, leading to some minor inconvenience. some guests were not respectful enough regarding nudity in the spa area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, always ready to assist and accommodate any requests. They even allowed me to have an early check-in and a late check-out for a small fee, which was perfect for my travel schedule. The hotel itself was new and clean, and the spa facilities were incredible. Although the hot tub wasn't working at the time, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, being close to the city center and not too far from the airport.

All was good.

Spent Easter at a hotel and really enjoyed the Easter brunch. The food was great and the decorations were adorable. , the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view of the surrounding area.

The hotel lacked attention to detail. The bathroom was not cleaned well and it had unpleasant odors.
